Food for Work Project:
According to the Foundation’s vision to develop the community to become an affordable, independent, self-sufficient living, and because of the great social and psychological importance of the work, Al-Ekram Foundation financed and implemented cash-for-work project in Sa’ada Governorate, Razih district.
Where 200 food baskets were distributed for 400 working days, and the work was as follows:
 Paving Al Hanak Al Saadeen Roads in Al Shawariq sub-district, where the villages of (Al Mansfa – Al Hanak – Wadi Ja’oul – Al Jamaym – Swer – Al Jadour – Makhoola) benefited from the project.
 Rehabilitation of rainwater harvesting canals and the ferry of the castle dam, and the villages of (Al-Hara – Gharbi Ghamra – Bain Al-Ajdir – Al-Thahrat – Al-Shrou – Qalat Al-Bashem) benefit from this dam.
 Rehabilitation of Al-Haswa well in Al-Alaqah, which was buried and unusable where this well became feeding the villages of (Al-Hara – Al-Sharra – Al-Thharat – Gharbi Ghamar).
 Cleaning Al-Hajar nursery tank, and the villages (Al-Ahjar – Qall Al-Mahdi – Al-Qasbah – Cro Jheil) benefited from this tank.
 Paving some parts of Al-Dhraa, Hayaf, Al-Bait, and Al-Atef road.

The Foundation was keen to implement this project to serve the community by involving the youth of the community in the project and those who have the ability to work and to increase community solidarity.
